Only minutes from one of North Carolina's finest beaches, & Wilmington's famous Riverfront Boardwalk, our home is centrally located, near all a variety of restaurants, and only minutes from Mayfair and its fabulous upscale shopping. This is a wonderful place to unwind. The space This 1750 sf home boasts a Downstairs Master with King-size bed and new bath with walk in shower. Two bedrooms upstairs and a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have U4 tvs and Living Room has Large screen U4 TV. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything your heart desires. There is also a 40 inch charcoal grill for your use. Kitchen table seats 6 and an eat at bar that seats 5. Guest access The back patio area is there for your total enjoyment, equipped with a wall mounted fan for those warm summer evenings when you still want to sit outside. This patio area is where the grill is located for your use. The patio table seats 4. This area is fenced in for your privacy.
