Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. The space This modern condo on the third floor of the A building is perfect for the whole family. The spacious living room sectional and cozy gas fireplace create the ideal setting for spending quality vacation time together. A full modern kitchen and plenty of space between the master bedroom and the secondary loft sleeping quarters means everyone can enjoy a good night’s rest at the end of the day. Whether you’re in the area for skiing, snowboarding, or hiking, this condo will put you in the heart of it all. The floorplan is open and seamless, with an easy flow between rooms. Venture into the living room after a fun-filled day on the slopes. The generously sized sectional couch leaves plenty of space for everyone to completely relax and make themselves at home. Watch a movie on the flatscreen TV or take a break from screentime and simply enjoy the ambiance of the flickering fireplace. The light gray and white brick fireplace creates a cozy ambiance in this mountainside setting. A covered balcony extends from the living area with glass doors that allow plenty of light and scenery to flow in. Stainless steel appliances, high-quality cabinetry, and an island with generous prep space make the kitchen functional and convenient. For convenient dining in, simply pull up a stool to the kitchen island and enjoy the ease of having all cookware and tableware provided. It’s equally as easy to slide into the nighttime routine from the comfort of the master bedroom. The master is light and bright, with crisp linens and a stylish tufted headboard on the king-sized bed. For relaxing evenings, a flatscreen TV is tucked into the corner. A full bathroom is located right next door to the master. A staircase leading up from the living room takes you to the private loft area, which is outfitted with two double beds. With a full bathroom located in the loft, everyone will enjoy their own private space! Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer.
