This beachfront condo with a huge private balcony offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean. Imagine waking up to the crushing sounds of waves and enjoying a spectacular sunrise right on your balcony. The condo is located directly on the beach so you can just walk out and enjoy everything the 7 mile beach has to offer! One free parking space is provided. Just park and take a short walk to the Pier, the Amusement park and all the shops and restaurants. Great getaway in any season! The space Prime location in the center of Old Orchard Beach. This condo is on 4th floor. There is easy access via the elevator. There are 3 beds. A queen in the bedroom and 2 comfortable futons in the living room. You can sleep up to 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Well furnished & super clean. Fast Wi-Fi, and Roku TV for steaming your favorite shows and movies. In the summer music bands play outside on the patio below so you can enjoy live entertainment right from your own balcony. Off season there is live entertainment on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in the bar located on the first floor. We have other properties in the building and nearby so please ask if this one is already booked on the dates you want. Guest access You will have full access to the building and the condo. In addition, we have one parking space. Access to the apartment is via a lockbox located in the lobby, (lockbox is hanging on the wall in the hallway across from the desk in the lobby labeled #440) We will send you the code before you check in. Please park in the Owner's parking lot spot 440. When you check out, please don't forget to put the keys back in the lockbox. Lost or replacement keys will have a $25 fee Other things to note This is a great spot for those who want to be in the middle of all the action. Music, Amusement park, retaurants. Not a great spot for those who want a quiet summer getaway
