GOOD COMMONS is located in the village of Plymouth Union, Vermont, at the crossroads between Killington and Okemo ski resorts and the beautiful lakes of the Okemo Valley. The space This historic 1840’s house has undergone a gut renovation and combines modern amenities with streamlined country tradition. This 4700 square foot lofty beauty sleeps 19 in 6 separate bedrooms and a sleep loft. Large bathroom on 2nd floor has a steamer shower which holds 5-6; 5 ½ total bathrooms with all showers custom made and tiled and accented with plush Egyptian towels. Hot tub, fire pit and gas grill located on large back deck. Seating and table settings for all in the dining room. Private chefs available for a meal or the entire weekend for an additional charge. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, 6 burner range, stacked convection oven, granite counter tops, microwave, 2 refrigerators, deep freezer, instant hot water machine and a highly filtered water system, as well as in-house washer and dryer. There is a separate yoga room, with yoga mats and props (blankets, blocks, et al.) for up to 28 people. Could also be used as a rehearsal space, or for conferences, etc. Pets welcome for an additional fee. Please note that there is a three night minimum on all winter weekends. We do not accept Saturday to Saturday bookings. Guests must be 18 years of age in order to rent the house. Guest access The entire home is yours for the enjoyment except for the first floor storage room and work bathroom off the studio—not included in bathroom count! Other things to note This is a very relaxed house. We want you to put your feet up on the coffee table and enjoy to the fullest. Just respect and care for it as your own! Wood for the fire pit provided under the overhang behind the shed. Hot tub is always hot, just use buttons for lights and jets! Please role in awning on windy days/nights.
