It is important that you provide your travel arrangements at the time of booking. You will be personally greeted upon check in and check out, as such it is rare that we will be able to accommodate a last minute booking. The primary person on the rental agreement must be the one to check in and out. ***There is a 6 person limit (including children) at the house at all times*** Check in time is 4 to 8 pm - Check out 9 to 11am. ******At the time of your inquiry, please tell us more about yourself and any guests, where you are traveling from and your plans during your visit. The person staying at the house must be the person to complete the reservation. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note We wish to be respectful of our neighbors, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a limit of up to six registered guests ( including children ) at any time in the house or yard. Minimum age to book is 35 years old.
