A large area rug adds warmth to the space and the large flat-screen TV promises hours of entertainment. A dramatic black, white and stainless steel kitchen is ready for your culinary efforts. With cabinets galore, abundant counter space and a couple of fun pops of color, you’ll look forward to preparing your favorite meals in this completely modern and spectacular space. Enjoy your masterpieces in the formal dining room complete with a wood table and padded seating for 4. A buffet cabinet sits behind you and lovely complementary decor adorns the walls. A convenient half-bath with a washer/dryer completes this level. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, each with its own signature flair. The Master bedroom is very roomy with a King size bed and a chaise lounger. That’s the perfect spot for reading a few pages of your book, catching up on social media or just enjoying a few moments of peace and solitude. In addition to the lovely brick patio, there is also a grassy area, perfect for the family pet, who is welcome to accompany you here. Other things to note This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
