Only 2 miles from all the activities of Seaside! Amenities include 2 pools and tennis courts. The space The atmosphere of 30A is laid back and easy going. This is a townhouse so there are no elevators and no worry over parking, which is at the front door! Walk or bike to almost anything you could want to do. Enjoy 2 screened porches and 3 balconies. The perfect place to unwind and relax and only 2 miles from Seaside and Watercolor and 6 miles from Rosemary Beach. If leaving the hustle and bustle appeals to you....you will love my 30A Diamond! Guest access 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball goal and walking trails in the protected forest that borders the property. Other things to note Must be 25 or older to rent.Tenant shall keep the dwelling reasonably clean while occupying said property. Departure cleaning is included in fees but tenet must perform duties listed in check out instructions. Insurance: Tenant shall be responsible for insuring his or her own personal contents/possessions against fire, theft and other catastrophes. Right to access: Tenant shall allow landlord access to the dwelling to inspect premises, make repairs, alterations, or improvements, and supply necessary services. Landlord will make every effort to notify the tenant prior to access. ANY DAMAGES FOUND UPON DEPARTURE WILL BE ASSESSED AT COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AND DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT. IN THE EVENT THE DEPOSIT DOES NOT SATISFY THE DAMAGES, TENANT AGREES TO PAY ADDITIONAL MONIES TO SATISFY THE COST OF REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. (if discovered, you will be asked to leave and will forfeit the remainder of your paid fees) House parties strictly prohibited. Tenant agrees to be respectful of any neighbors. Indemnification In the unlikely event that the property becomes unavailable for rent due to any reason the landlord may reimburse to the renter the unearned rental rate for full and complete compensation of and to the renter. There will be no refunds due to weather unless a declared state of emergency is in effect. All reasonable efforts to reschedule will be made if tenant cannot reach the townhouse due to inclimate weather. Travel insurance is recommended. There is a 5% tourist development tax that is not added to this reservation. It will be requested from you through Airbnb after booking. The total tax rate including the tourist development tax that I am required to collect is 10% You will see 7% during booking by Airbnb.
