Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. The space This cozy 1-bedroom condo is adorned with paintings and photos from throughout Snowmass and Aspen, giving it a true mountain feel. In addition to a welcoming interior, you’ll also enjoy morning coffee on the balcony with views of the mountains in the distance from this well-appointed Snowmass condo. Perfect for a couple or small family, Timberline B2B offers cozy first floor living in Building B. Upon entry, a spacious open concept great room awaits with lots of natural light streaming in through the full wall of glass doors. The kitchen boasts full-sized stainless steel appliances, cookware, and tableware. Preparing meals in will be a breeze from the spacious kitchen island, where you’ll have plenty of room to spread out your ingredients. The island also doubles as an eating space, with four bar-height chairs. Move easily from the kitchen to relax in the living room, where tile gives way to soft carpet underfoot. The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind, with a large leather sofa and loveseat on which to relax and put your feet up. The wall mounted flatscreen TV is ideal for relaxing evenings in. Enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace on a cold day or step out onto the balcony to soak in the views when the weather is mild. Here you’ll look out across an array of pine trees to the mountains beyond. A private bedroom space makes it easy to slip off to bed at your leisure, even when keeping to a different schedule than your travel mates. The bedroom offers a spacious king bed draped with soft linens, and the bedroom window looks out over the same dreamy mountain landscape. A second flatscreen TV is located in the bedroom, along with plenty of drawer and closet space for unpacking. This condo’s bathroom is right across the hall from the master bedroom and offers a tub and shower combination. Perfect for those with additional travelers, a second sink is located just outside the bathroom so that morning and evening routines can be completed with ease. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room couch doubles as a sleeper sofa. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
