Linens, towels, and kitchen basics included. The space Kayak, paddle board, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, and boogie board included. Guest access This is one full unit within a duplex. The interior space includes a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, three bedrooms , desk area, and den. The exterior includes a private deck with outdoor dining area and lounge chairs plus your own private beach! Other things to note I like to tell guests in advance that this is an extremely quiet beach. The booking cost is for up to six people to stay in the house. There is a strict maximum of no more than 10 persons at the house at any given time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Parking is limited. You have a strict two car maximum. Absolutely no fires or open flames at all on or in the property.
