It's just a beautiful stroll to many Lakeland landmarks or a short drive to tons of Central FL attractions (30 min to Disney! 45 to the beach!). Guests will enjoy brand new furnishing throughout! :) The space This is a two story home that lays out perfectly for dinner parties! Downstairs- Huge open kitchen, dining, living room. Plus Laundry room & half bathroom. The couch has a comfortable pull out queen and there is an additional floor mattress (stored under the stairs) that can be used wherever you'd like. Upstairs you'll find the huge master suite with a king size bed (featuring his and her vanities/closets, jacuzzi tub, walk in shower, private toilet & a balcony). Another full bathroom is accessible from the hall to the other two bedrooms (One has a day bed that can be used as two single beds or put together as a king. The other has a queen bed). Guest access Our guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home, yard and driveway (including carport). However, there is a stand alone garage with an apartment above it behind the house that has a full time tenant. Please leave the parking spot directly in front of the garage for their continued use. Other things to note If you have a low vehicle you need to be careful on the driveway or consider using the alley entrance. Also, in order to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home, all stays longer than 15 days will require an additional cleaning(s). You will need to coordinate with the host to schedule access and the fee is an additional $175.00 per cleaning
