Please note: we have a hypoallergenic Standard Poodle that lives in the house with us when the home is not rented. Video doorbell at front door. The space This is a unique home that my husband and I built over the course of two years. Guests may enjoy the architectural beauty and lovely atmosphere inside and out of our home. Please note that when the house is not rented, we live there. You will find clothes in our closets and food in the pantry. However, we always leave room for your things. Guest access Beyond Saratoga attractions, this home is conveniently located half an hour south of Lake George and with ample hiking/outdoor activities only a stone's throw away. Other things to note We now have air conditioning! Sometimes we stay in our apartment above the garage. We respect our guests' privacy at all times. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please let us know! Fireworks are not permitted. Out of respect for our neighbors, please limit outdoor noise between the hours of 10:00 pm through 8:00 am. Please limit guests to 10 people. Our septic system and well are not designed to accommodate more than ten.
