Zula Dreams is a beautiful beach house one minute walk to the white sands of Destin. It features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and can sleep 16 guests (with queen sleeper in the living room). The beach is literally steps away from our house + we have a private heated pool (with additional fee) in a large fenced backyard and it's close to everything! Smart TVs on all rooms. The space Our beautiful beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 16 guests. The beach is literally steps away from our house. We are the 3rd house from the beach access so it’s not even 1min walk to Pompano public beach access. We welcome any responsible group (additional fees apply if under 25 see below). We are pet friendly! Well behaved Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee (per pet). If you add the proper amount of pets your total price will reflect the total with everything (other than airbnb fees) including the pet fee. If you plan to bring more than 5, contact us. Chaise Lounges, hammock, and a 5 burner gas grill for cookouts (propane provided). Pool can be heated per your request for $50/night x # of nights of your stay (we cannot offer partial stay heating). Pool heating is paid separately after you book - if interested please indicate so in the guests pre-arrival form and we will send you a payment request. Upstairs Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, utilities, blender, toaster, coffee maker and more, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large dining area and breakfast bar seating.
