Our 7 Bedroom Home is directly on Lake Shore Drive. The house was newly built in 2019. The house has an open layout - the kitchen opens up to the living/dining rooms. There are 7 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a fully finished walk out basement. Outside, there is a big front deck with a grill, and in the back there is a screen porch, which is connected to a deck with a built in hot tub. The backyard has a fire pit built in to the wooded sand dune. The space The bedroom layout is as follows (7 bedrooms): Bedroom 1 - 2nd Floor - Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed Bedroom 2 - 2nd Floor - 1 Queen Bed w/ roku TV Bedroom 3 - 2nd Floor - 2 Full Beds Bedroom 4 - 2nd Floor - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 5 - 1st Floor - 1 King Bed w/ roku TV Bedroom 6 - Walk Out Basement - 1 Full Bed w/ roku TV Bedroom 7 - Walk Out Basement - 2 Bunk Beds - 3 Twins and 1 Full, plus 1 additional single twin bed The Bathroom Layout (4 Full Bathrooms): 2nd Floor Master Bath - Private master bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub and shower 2nd Floor Hallway Bath - Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. 1st Floor Bath - Full bathroom with shower Walk Out Basement Bath - Full bathroom with shower TV/Internet info: There is a TV with Xfinity Comcast Cable TV in the living room. There are ROKU smartTVs in 3 bedrooms and the basement. The house is equipped with high speed WIFI. Outdoor Space: There is a huge front deck with a grill, large outdoor dining table, lounger chairs and a grill. In the rear of the house, there is a screened in porch that is connected to a deck with a hot tub. The hot tub is open year round. Behind the screen porch and hot tub, there is a fire pit. The back yard behind the fire pit area is a wooded sand dune. Guest access Guests will be renting and will have access to the entire home. Other things to note If you wish to bring a dog, please include it in the reservation request, and send a message letting us know the type of dog so I can get it approved. Thanks!
