This non-smoking unit is continually updated and has been recently renovated including the living room, furniture, kitchen and bathrooms. The condo was repainted, all new decorations and wall art, kitchen wares replaced and new bedroom furniture installed in all 3 bedrooms....a true show piece, as verified by the reviews. In Nov., 2018, we replaced all of the carpet in the 3 bedrooms with beautiful Italian tile. and now, the entire condo with be tiled. Further, in Feb., 2019, we are renovated the back two bathrooms with new tubs and Italian wall tile to make them like new. The rest of the condo has already been renovated so the whole condo will look new. Nice, new flat screens in each room and a Blue Ray DVD player is installed in living area. Also, we replaced the dining chairs recently to make the condo nearly perfect. Located only 15 minutes from the Tampa airport and 90 minutes from Orlando. And, the famous John's Pass is only 5 minutes away and the trolley service is available from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach. See PSTA for their website. Ride all day for $4.50. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY stays required during prime periods (January through Labor Day). As you can see from the pictures, everything is like new, as well as the entire development being renovated including new doors, new windows, new elevators, new roof, outside painting and renovated pool and spa area with pavers. This unit is located on the 3rd floor, with easy access via elevators or stairs. Baggage Carts and security are provided and the pool and grounds are extremely well maintained by the staff. The rental agency is on-site to help with any logistical issues, provide directions or restaurant and activities suggestions.
