LAST MINUTE SPECIALS! This Spectacular Beachfront home is located on the Pedestrian Beach. Walk Straight Off the Deck Onto the Beach with no cars between the house and the water. The 1,000 square foot, two bedroom “Lookout at Paradise Point” offers two queen beds, a bunkbed set, 1 full bath, 1 half bath. Beautiful seaside décor with incredible ocean views. Seating on an expansive deck provides a relaxing retreat to take in the sea breeze and enjoy the marvelous beachfront view. Duplex Top unit. Other things to note There is Wifi and cable TV. I have not listed these as amenities because, although working almost all of the time, strong winds and nasty storms can knock these out from time to time. Please make sure you bring bottled water and ice because the city water tastes terrible. I recommend bringing sunscreen and mosquito repellent as well. If you need groceries, you can pick them up in Lake Jackson. If you would like to drive on the beach or park near the beach, you will need a beach pass. If so, please stop by Valero gas station on the island to get your beach pass.
