Steep yourself in the warm and peaceful surroundings of this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home just steps from the beautiful Yachats River. Heron House is a welcoming haven for your romantic getaways, family vacations, reunions or retreats. The interior features natural wood beams and cathedral ceilings, skylights, Kashmir rugs, lush towels, and colorful comforters. We take pride in providing our guests with a clean, well furnished and environmentally friendly vacation home. The space There is ample room for guests to spread out. Once inside the house, you are on the main floor. This area includes the kitchen, living room and a common bathroom with shower stall only. We also have the river facing bedroom suite on the main floor which includes a king bed with en suite full bath with tub/shower combo. There are two staircases, one leads to the upstairs loft bedroom which has a queen size bed and adjoining bath with shower/tub combo. On the opposite side of the house (river facing) we have another staircase that leads to our upstairs den. This area has a queen futon, Satellite TV/DVD and table and chairs. Extra sleeping areas include two small window alcoves and one queen size window alcove all are on the main floor. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and deck. Other things to note We allow dogs to visit however we do have a flat rate $100 pet fee with a two dog maximum. Please inquire for details. Our insurance policy does not cover the following breeds: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrior, Presa Canario Pit Bull, Rottweiller, Doberman. Also, dogs must remain on leash anytime outdoors. While we welcome your dogs, please note that they are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. - We have parking for 2 vehicles. Any other vehicles would need prior authorization. RV's, trailers of any kind and tents are prohibited per City of Yachats ordinance for all vacation rentals. - The pool and hot tub are amenities that are shared with the neighborhood. The facilities are open seasonally from June 29 to Labor Day.
