The apartment is luminous and spacious, has 6 beds (2 king, 2 queen, and 2 sleeper sofas), has a fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room, free wifi and a new free parking spot. The apartment accommodates 6 adults plus 1 baby/infant under the age of 3 (travel crib and some beach toys provided). The master bedroom has 2 king beds, a sleeper sofa, a big drawer chest, a modern working space and a walk-in closet with plenty of hangers, iron and board and a laundry caddy. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, a big drawer chest and a wide closet. There are two full bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other one with standing shower. The kitchen is modern, well furnished and fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee maker, blender and electric water kettle, also has pots, pans and cooking utensils) and opens to the dining area, which features a dining table with 6 black chairs and a side-table. The living room has a big sectional sofa that allows to hang out comfortably. The balcony offers stunning views of the ocean and the vast coastline and has new outdoor furniture (5 stackable chairs and a coffee table). High speed wifi throughout the whole apartment. Beach/pool towels as well as a beach buggy with beach chairs, sun shade and a cooler provided. Linens and towels are also provided. Additionally, the apartment has a newly designated covered parking space for one vehicle within the parking garage of the condo, located very close to the service elevator. Also $15/20valet parking for second car is available on premises. There is a laundry room on each floor located next to the main elevators and we provide a laundry card, which guests may recharge at the kiosk in the lobby. The condo has a fully equipped fitness center and a wonderful heated outdoor swimming pool with gazebos, sun shades, and loungers. There is also a tennis court on premises for guest free use upon reservation. Ping-pong and pool tables as well as vending machines are also available at the ground floor. Additionally there is a market/convenience store for last minute or forgotten items, a hairdressing/beauty salon, a box training gym as well as a nice coffee shop with delicious homemade sandwiches, quiches and salads. Packages may be delivered to the lobby and guests will be required to pay $5/10 (depending on the size) upon pick-up.
