In the back yard you can either fly fish for 12-18" trout, snowshoe, or just relax in the private hot tub. There are stairs to the river with a sitting area which is seasonal due to several feet of snow in the winter. There is no longer a firepit as that is prohibited by the town for short term rentals starting in 2026. The property backs up to National Forest land so always be on the lookout for moose, black bear, deer, and various birds.
