The space Located on the 2nd floor of a historic 1920’s building overlooking Fulton Market. Once inside, you’re greeted by a huge open living space with soaring windows, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick-and-timber details. The upscale furnishings and designer touches are sure to create an unforgettable stay. This property is comprised of 2 side-by-side penthouse apartments separated by a small stair landing (~6 feet wide). They are the only 2 units on this floor of the building, so you have it to yourself. Included in each apartment are a kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open and great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to stay in and cook a great meal. We have a 6 person dining table and a kitchen island with 4 counter stools -- plenty of room for all guests. In the living room, you’ll find comfortable furniture to lounge on and a smart TV with Roku. Our beds have crisp linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. We also provide essentials like a hair dryer, clothes iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer. Our trained staff uses gloves, masks, and other personal protective equipment during cleanings. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe stay for every guest. Dogs allowed only with prior approval.
