Once the guest has completed their registration form, their information will be sent to the front desk. Upon check-in at the front desk, you’ll receive a Keycard that provides access to your unit as well as the building’s parking garage. Other things to note All guests are required to sign our Registration Form and provide a credit/debit card for a $500 security hold. This hold will be released within 48 hours of your departure and may take 2-3 business days to clear from your account. Please note, guests will not be allowed to enter their reserved unit until this process is completed.
