Enjoy posh surroundings steps to one of the areas best beaches. Watch the sunrise and listen to the surf break in the beautiful second floor master suite with balcony enjoy the amazing view. Create a scrumptious meal in the kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. The space The townhouse is like a page from Costal Living magazine. This oceanfront retreat has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths all decorated with high end furnishings and linens. We have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. We have a high chair, booster and a portable crib upon request. Smaller dogs allowed with owners approval for $150 fee. Our cleaning service follows CDC guidelines to prepare the suite for guests. They have special instructions to use disinfectants that kill viruses on all places that are frequently touched. We also have disinfectants like Lysol under the sink for your personal use during your stay. Enjoy the uncrowded private beach with fresh ocean breezes with a dose of vitamin D sunshine. Guest access Guest have the whole townhouse, back porch, lawn, and private beach for themselves! Unique entry code will be given a few days prior to your arrival. Other things to note We allow up to 2 dogs for a fee of $150 per stay. Breed must be approved by owner. Dogs must be walked on leash out front of property, there is plenty of green space. (please pick up after your dog) Dogs not allowed in the backyard or the on the beach (city ordinance). This is a non-smoking property and evidence of smoking may jeopardize your deposit. The state of Florida charges a 12.5% tourist tax, for any lodging booked in Florida.
