"Welcome Aboard" as we say here at Mangrove Marina! "Home of the Houseboat Resort" We are located between Key Largo & Islamorada in Tavernier at Mile Marker 91.7 on the bay side in a protected, tranquil oasis cove of the beautiful Florida Keys The space This open floor plan houseboat is perfect for families! It has 3 beds and a pullout sofa. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size with a twin above it (bunk-bed style). There is a brand new center AC unit, a full bathroom with stand-up shower and full kitchen with 4-burner stove and refrigerator. The boat comes stocked with towels for 4 quests and have limited cooking utensils for your convenience. Guest access You are invited to use our full-service marina, offering high speed internet access, a bathhouse with additional showers and coin operated laundry facility. We have a swimming pool, Tiki huts & BBQ area. A fuel dock with both gas and diesel, boat ramp, trailer storage and ice machines are available onsite. (additional charge) DISCLAIMER: We reserve the right to change the houseboats as need to accommodate the marina: location on dock, exterior/interior. We will do our best to update any/all descriptions. Other things to note Max Guest = 5 Room Rate is for 'up to 4 guests'. Check out time is at 11AM Check in time is at 3PM Mangrove Marina office opens daily from 8 AM to 5 PM Late check in is available with prior notice There is NO SMOKING on the houseboats in ANY area inside or on the decks. Designated smoking areas are available. This houseboat DOES NOT LEAVE THE DOCK. Please note that sales tax will be collected upon arrival as AirBnb does not collect sales tax on our behalf. Pets are allowed - you MUST contact the office directly to make arrangements or you may be denied access if you just 'show up' with a pet. There is a $75.00 pet fee and a $250.00 Pet Security deposit. Only 1 pet pet is allowed.
