Service Animal Policy We kindly ask guests with service animals to answer the following ADA-permitted questions: 1️⃣ Is the service animal required due to a disability? 2️⃣ What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform? We fully support the rights of individuals with disabilities and welcome service animals. There are no additional charges or increased security deposits for service animals; however, guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their service animal. Per the ADA: "Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents their use. In such cases, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective means. The service animal must be under control by the handler at all times and may never be left alone." Please, as you read be aware that some of what is written below is spelled out for guests who for various reasons have decided to take advantage and do things in or to someone else's home that they would not do at their own home. We have found through experience that in order to recover from these types of events it is necessary that we list in advance what will be expected from a guest who engages in activity that results in a negative impact on our home. None of what is listed below applies unless, a guest chooses to violate them. So please review them as if they won't apply to your stay. We as hosts both want the best possible experience for you, our future guests, as well as for us the homeowners. Following these guidelines will help ensure a positive experience for everyone. 1. Be respectful of others in the community regarding noises, especially between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. 2. Be advised we do not allow smoking of any kind on the property or inside the home and remember this is a NON-SMOKING, NON-PET and NON-EVENT Home. 3. Please read and refer to the Home Manual we provided for information regarding features and instructions about the home and your stay. 4. For stays in excess of 28 days, we reserve the right with a minimum of 24 hours notice to respectfully enter the property at an agreed upon time to preform inspections, repairs, or maintenance. 5. We ask of all of our guests to please keep us informed of any items that that may require our attention during or after your stay. Our maintenance person lives next door and is available by request through us, to attend to any issues that may arise with our home. 6. Please do not bring unregistered pets to this property. We reserve the right to refuse certain size, breeds, and number of pets. All evidence of your pet must to cleaned up and removed for our home to as if there was no pet present. Our future guests who have allergen concerns expect to be on the property and in a home that is free of droppings, pet dander/hair, and etc. We request that there be no pets on the furniture including the beds. Any damage i.e., scratches, chewing, or potty damage will be the responsibility of the guests to pay for damages including replacements if found necessary by the pet owners/guests. We will have our home sanitized with an Ozone machine for the comfort of our next quests. 7. Again, please read and refer to the Home Manual that is provided to you. This will ensure a more enjoyable stay. 8. There is onsite parking for two vehicles under the carport and onto the driveway. There is no parking allowed on the street or on the grass. There is extra overnight parking at the Club House from dusk until 8:00 am. This a community rule that residents and guests alike are expected to follow. In the unfortunate event of damage to personal or real property, missing items, or unauthorized events during the guest's stay, the following fees will apply at the discretion of the hosts: 10.
