The Pineapple House has a Master Bedroom with a Cal King bed, a stone bathroom with a walk-in shower, and musical sink. The second room also has a Cal King bed. The third room has a Queen bed. All of the rooms have a closet, 2 night stands with lamps with USB ports, a dresser, ceiling fans and windows. Why is it called The Pineapple House? The reasons are three-fold. First- The Pineapple is a symbol for warmth, friendship and welcome. These are feelings that I hope my guests will have. Second- When I first walked into this house there was a fresh Pineapple sitting proudly on the kitchen counter. I fell in love with the house and bought it. Third- The Pineapple House is the name of a place I stayed at in 2017 on a trip to Costa Rica. I stayed at an AirBnB house there called The Pineapple House. I remember that when I was looking through all of the available listings, The Pineapple House name really caught my stare. The name drew me in, and I had to see what it was. So now that my dream has been met, and I own a delicious slice of the Pineapple. There are subtle pineapple decorations sprinkled around the house and the refrigerator is always stocked with freshly canned pineapple slices and chunks. Guest access The Pineapple House is all yours during your stay. The living space is about 1550 square feet. The only space that I keep locked up is the garage which does not have a doorway to the main house. Here is a list of rooms: Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry, Queen Bedroom, King Bedroom, Master King Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Guest Bathroom, Patio, Entry area. There is enough room to park 6 cars in the driveway. Other things to note Before your check-in I will help you with directions to the house and you will get a unique access code to open the front door. If you visit more than 2-3 days I will likely need to come by the outside of the house to water the gardens and check on the pool. There is a smart door bell at the front door that has a video camera built in. That is the only Security camera on the premises.
