Desert Falls Country Club is a 24 hr guard gated community with a championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, complete fitness center, pro tennis and golf shops that are located at the beautiful clubhouse. There are 25 pools in the complex. Condo has been recently updated with comfortable recliner couch and chair in the living room. The condo features soaring ceilings with 5 ceiling fans, a large living room with gas fireplace and wet bar leading to an inviting dining room. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, 2 sinks and a private toilet space. Queen size bed in second bedroom with a full second bath room a few steps away. Linens are provided as well as all the beach/pool towels. There is a 56 inch SMART TV in the living room and a new 48 inch smart TV in the master bedroom. Both are cable TVs with HD, DVR’s, DVD/Blue Ray players. Second bedroom has TV with VCR but no cable connection. Kitchen is large and recently upgraded with new cabinets, granite counter tops, baseboards and is bright with all Stainless steel appliances and features a breakfast nook with ceiling fan. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need. This unit has a separate laundry room with full size washer & dryer. Private patio accessible from the master bedroom or the living room overlooking the pool and spa with beautiful landscaping, palm trees, and the mountains. Patio furniture seats four and the gas grill has all of the required utensils below the grill. There is an additional $175 cleaning fee. The $2800 monthly rate is the base monthly rate. For the months January through March the rate is $4500-4600 with a 28 day required booking or higher.
