BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: * Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed. * Second Bedroom: Features a twin bunk bed. * The two rooms are connected by bi-fold doors, which can be closed for privacy or left open for a more spacious feel. OUTDOOR AREA: * Relax in the large side yard, complete with a fire pit for cozy evenings. * A small, fenced-in backyard area is perfect for those traveling with pets. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house and yard. Your stay includes: * Convenient self-check-in with a keypad entry system, allowing for flexible arrival times. * Full access to the living area, kitchen, both bedrooms, and the bathroom. * Use of the in-unit laundry space. We provide complimentary laundry detergent for your convenience. * Access to the side yard with a fire pit and the small, fenced-in backyard. Other things to note * Welcome Amenities: To get your stay started right, we provide complimentary coffee, small snacks, and bottled water. * Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome your furry friends! A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to your reservation. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet. * Dining Area: Please note that there is no formal dining room. Meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen's countertop bar area, which has stool seating. * Small fenced-in back yard area perfect for pets. There is an additional $100 fee that will be added to your stay if you are bringing a pet.
