There is not outside guests allowed in the premises without the expressed written permission from the host, under any circumstance for the entire time of the reservation. There are cats in the yard, please don't feed them because a couple of them are on Insulin. I have access to the house through the middle duplex that is not being rented. Guests are responsible for buying their own charcoal for the grill and to clean the grill after using it. Free parking in front of the house. Please park your car near the iron gate where the house number is. Your door will have your name on it, and the entry code will be given to you a day before your arrival. Check in after 3:00 pm Check out 11:00 am Self check in Many restaurants in the area. Near Biscayne Commons Plaza, FIU, Publix supermarket, flywheel gym, bicycle shop, restaurants, etc. Tree lined street, very private dead end street. Animal friendly neighborhood, you might see raccoons, there are cats in the yard. NO MARIJUANA/WEED SMOKING IN THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. Cigarette smoking allowed ONLY outdoors. Only registered guests will be allowed in the property. No wheelchair accessible, there are steps in the property, no grab bars near toilets and in showers or tubs. No equipped for obese guests, i.e., the furniture are not reinforced. The gardener cleans the property on Fridays, and the pool cleaner comes on Wednesdays.
