There is a family friendly park across the street with tennis & basketball courts and a baseball diamond as well as a playground for children of all ages. Guest access Guests can access the entire home. There is a washer and dryer in the garage that guests can use to do laundry and a park across the street. Other things to note We provide our guests a detailed welcome guide to our home as well as many suggested tourist destinations of interest in the area that locals know about. We are always here to help and want your stay to be absolutely fantastic. Please note that there is an extra guest fee of $30/person/night for more than 6 guests. This is automatically calculated when you book. There is an additional fee for any unreported guests. Also, for any guests who do not yet have host reviews, we will ask for the full names of all adults before booking, and we'll require a picture of the primary guest's photo ID to be sent after booking.
