Guest access **Guests have full access to the entire home, outdoor areas, and private dock. One boat may tie up directly, and a second boat can raft alongside the finger. On-site parking is available. Please note: the downstairs garage is not accessible to guests. ** Other things to note Things to know about living on an island. * Supplies are limited. Bring what you need. There is a small grocery story on the island for essentials. * The local grocery store also provides golf cart rentals. * Don't forget mosquito repellant and sun block. * Taxi service is available by contacting them on vhf 68. * The entire Island experiences frequent power outages. This is out of our control. * Our water supply is from a well and we have a filtration system. * Sometimes the power surges cause damage to equipment. We do have people on the island to repair but it is not a quickly as it would be in the states.
