Perfect for groups, this home is filled with vintage decor and nods to music legends, creating a fun and social atmosphere from the moment you step into the basement entertainment lounge. This is an older home, but it is clean, well-loved, and cared for. Because the home is owner-occupied when not rented, you will find many unique amenities not available in other rentals. We simply ask that you be respectful of our space. Entertainment & Relaxation: The Lounge: The heart of the home features a full bar, an extra-large leather sectional, a Smart TV with YouTubeTV, and a premium sound system. Spark some fun with our karaoke machine, guitar, bongos, and other instruments. Outdoor Living: Step outside to your private, fenced, and shaded backyard. Enjoy the covered gazebo, gather around the fire pit, or cook up a meal on the built-in charcoal grill. High-Tech Amenities: Stay connected with free 1G WiFi and enjoy endless entertainment with YouTubeTV, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Roku, and Samsung Live. Use the Alexa-enabled indoor/outdoor sound system to set the perfect vibe. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Every bedroom is a private retreat equipped with its own TV, fan, and blackout shades for a restful night's sleep. Queen Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable pillow-top queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a beautiful frameless glass shower. King Guest Room: Offers a king-size bed with an organic mattress and convenient bedside charging stations. Queen Guest Room: Includes a queen bed, a small desk, and a hanging station for your belongings. King Converted Room: A private room furnished with a king-size bed. Lounge Sofa Bed: A convertible king-size daybed is available in the main entertainment lounge. Kitchen & Dining: The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a standard drip-pot coffee maker with fresh beans and a grinder, and all the cooking and baking essentials you'll need. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table or the granite breakfast bar. Other Details to Note Required Rental Agreement: A separate Rental Agreement is required for all stays. You will receive a link to e-Sign this document after booking. The agreement must be signed for our system to activate your door code for check-in. Failure to sign will result in the forfeiture of your stay without a refund. View the standard agreement in the House Rules section of the listing. Self Check-in: Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM. Check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. Your unique door code will be sent to you at 11:00 AM on your arrival day and is only active for the duration of your stay. Early Check-in: To guarantee arrival before noon, you must book the prior night. You may inquire about a discounted add-on rate 5 days before arrival, but this is subject to availability. Accessibility: Please note that stairs are required to access the home (one flight plus porch steps). Safety: For the safety of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are in place. Child-Proofing: Our home is not child-proofed. Please be mindful of furnishings and decor with unattended children. We do not supply baby gear but can recommend a local rental service. Property Services: Lawn care occurs from March to November. We do not supply firewood or charcoal. Laundry: Access to the washer and dryer is not available, except for stays of 7 days or longer or with special request. Guest access We offer a seamless self-check-in process for your convenience and privacy. While we will not be on-site during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app or by phone. You will have access to the entire home and its amenities. King Guest Room features a king-size bed with an organic mattress, blackout shades, a ceiling fan, a Smart TV (Roku), bedside charging stations, luggage racks, a full closet, and a chest of drawers. Queen Guest Room features a queen-size bed, blackout shades, ceiling fan, bedside charging stations, a small desk, Smart TV (Samsung Live), luggage rack, and a dresser. No closet is available in this room, however, a hanging station and wooden hangers are available on the backside of the entry door. King Converted Room features a king-size bed, blackout shades, bed-side fans, a hanging rack, luggage rack, and Smart TV (Roku). This house's true 4th Bedroom is zoned in the basement lounge, the largest room in the house, which is used as the main entertainment/bar/gathering space. A large sectional and a convertible daybed (king) are available in this room, however, the closet is not open for guest use. Privacy and comfort are extremely important to us, so rather than utilize The Lounge as a bedroom, we created a separate space upstairs - where everyone can have their own large, private, sleeping quarters - and all guest accommodations and bathrooms are on the same floor. That way, night owls can enjoy The Lounge and outdoor space without disturbing the rest and relaxation of others in their group. Hallway bath includes a combination tub and shower, Alexa music, additional towels, first-aid items, iron and ironing board, steamer, hairdryer, and small spa toiletries. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot (Standard drip pot), coffee bean grinder, fresh whole bean coffee, mini creams, sugar packets, teas, tea kettle, spice rack, blender, food processor, crockpot, cooking/baking essentials, many kitchen and bar accessories, Alexa music, a large table and a granite breakfast bar with seating for 9. The Lounge (main entrance) features a full bar with refrigerator (stocking services available separately), microwave, glassware, cocktail shakers, bar set, an extra-large sectional couch, and a convertible sofa bed (king), SmartTV, full YouTube TV Cable with Amazon Prime, and Apple TV pre-connected, Alexa music, surround sound, karaoke, instruments (guitar, microphones, tambourine, bongos), AUX hookup, grilling-utensils, books and games. The Closet and garage are NOT available to guests, there is NO washer/dryer access except for weekly stays or with special permission. The patio features outdoor solar Bluetooth speakers, a covered gazebo, a built-in charcoal grill, a separate fire-pit, and a large, fenced/shaded, backyard.
