Peaceful, country setting at Brianza Gardens and Winery. Lovely ranch 2 BR/1 B has all the comforts of home incl. W/D. Enjoy the scenic views and walking trails among the gardens and vineyards. Large GR/DR, eat/n/kit. The "Cottage" is adjacent to the "Bungalow", also listed on this site. The Bungalow is a 1BR, full kitchen apartment. If you need more space please book both properties. Sorry, no pets allowed or parties. Maximum occupancy is six people. $20 fee per person/per day over four people The space This is a resort rental cottage located at a new winery and gardens. The winery has a tasting room, reception hall to fit 50, walking trails, large fire pit area, and formal gardens. The setting is quite beautiful. The perfect intimate wedding/reception/family reunion site. CLEANING PROTOCAL: We pride ourselves on providing an exceptionally clean environment. Before each guest arrival, all bathrooms, fixtures, and floors are thoroughly cleaned with anti bacterial products. We also clean the living environment with anti bacterial spray. Our goal is to make our guests stay a safe and wonderful experience! Guest access Guest will have the entire house for rental. Other things to note Cleanings may also be scheduled during the guests stay if needed upon requests for an additional charge.
