Please respect our no pets on furniture/beds policy to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. Also, please walk your dog outside property limits to go potty before letting them into the backyard and do not let them use the backyard as a bathroom. If your dog has an accident in the yard, please pick it up and hose it down with water. If we see or smell urine or dog poop in the yard after your stay, we may charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. The yard starts to smell very quickly if guests don't respect this policy. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have security cameras on the exterior of the property, which are located on the front porch facing the driveway. These security cameras are focused away from the home and designed to maintain privacy while enjoying our home. CANCELLATION POLICY The Lake Tahoe area is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note that we cannot move or provide refunds for poor air quality, weather conditions, road closures, or personal issues which occur within our cancellation window.
