This house sits on Seneca Lake with several stairs leading down to the dock with ladder and private sandy swim area. There are many great views of Seneca Lake from the Master, deck, living room, and outside deck. Also enjoy a covered gazebo, and a nice fire pit of stone. There is an outdoor gas grill and you can enjoy eating outside with a nice view of the Lake...boat rentals located within 1 mile of house. The space This is an older home with many updates and a comfy place to stay located on the Seneca Lake wine trial, approximately 2 miles south of Belhurst Castle. There are several wineries and breweries within a few miles from the house. Guest access Two cars can be parked directly at the front door of the home. You may access the house with an electronic keypad. Other things to note Be friendly and courteous to neighbors that live in community area. Not every home is a rental property.
