South Side Cool in the Heart of the Flats

Our home in the heart of the historic South Side Flats neighborhood, is a five minute drive to revitalized downtown Pittsburgh. Our location offers easy access to all Pittsburgh sports stadiums, the Riverfront Trail and great shopping. Only 10 minutes to all major universities and medical institutions in Oakland. Near major parks and museums. Our first floor, 5 room suite sleeps up to 4 guests with kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, & small garden. Steps away from Pittsburgh's most exciting neighborhood! The space With exposed brick, ceiling fans and an eclectic mix of furnishings collected over the years, our house, more than 100 years old, welcomes guests who enjoy the comfort of home and the excitement of an amazing City. Our property is only steps away from Pittsburgh's "entertainment district", and close to all major amenities the city has to offer. Please be aware that there will be outside noise from the neighborhood at night, as we sit only 1/2 block off of the main entertainment area. Guest access Our guests have full access to the private, 1st floor, 5 room apartment; 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room/dining area, 1 & 1/2 baths, and a private entrance. Please note that access to the kitchen and 2nd bedroom is by walking through the 1st bedroom, but we provide privacy screens and curtains for your comfort. The second bedroom has double doors that close off the rest of the apartment. In the Spring of each year we work on the adjoining small city garden, which is in bloom through Fall, and our guests have full access. Our deck, on the second floor, is available only upon request. ***Please be aware that the apartment can accommodate 4 adults maximum. there are 2 queen sized beds, one in each of the bedrooms. we do.not permit sleeping on the living room sofa. toddlers and small children are welcome, of course.
