Other things to note You can enjoy watching your personal streaming services on our smart TVs. We have limited parking available. No more than two cars are allow. Do not block shared driveways or any other garage door other than yours. Due to insurance purposes, an additional fine, up to a $1,000 for cleaning, will occur if any evidence of smoking is found on the property. We do allow pets, with a non refundable pet fee of $100.
