Recently remodeled, floor to ceiling, beachfront condo. All 3 bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. Two master bedrooms have king beds and the third bedroom suite has two twin beds. Kitchen has state of the art appliances including stove, oven, oversized fridge and wine chiller. Living room entertainment system features a 60" HD TV/Blu-ray with BOSE surround sound system. Huge beachside balcony has lounge chairs and second dining table with chairs. Washer and dryer in unit. Non-smoking The space Very convenient to get to our unit. The elevator is located directly out front of this unit for easy access. There are also luggage carts and grocery carts provided. Guest access There is direct beach access from the building. There are two heated swimming pools; outdoor grills; tennis courts and parking lot. There is also a brand new workout facility on property. Other things to note There is a 7-night minimum requirement for all rentals; there is no maximum rental requirement. All renters must submit a rental application (we will send to you) 10-days prior to the start of the lease and it must be approved by the board.
