Comfortably sleeps 12 with plenty of social space for your group to enjoy. 3 private bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) with en suite full baths, 2 with loft beds, and a bunkroom with 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, day bed and 2 baths. The space Pandemic update: We provide thorough cleaning services between each stay provided by professional cleaners. Parties or events not allowed per Airbnb policy until further notice. After you approach on a private, tree-lined drive with ample parking, you enter Algonac's main level to a soaring great room with a massive stone fireplace, state-of-the-art open kitchen with commercial quality appliances and adjacent dining area, huge mahogany screened porches for each for the two spacious bedroom suites, each with its own getaway loft and full en suite stone and tile baths. The master suite features a king size bed, sofa, picture windows overlooking the hemlock forest and lake-fed creek and a spa-like bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin and full futon bed in the overhead loft. Walk past the wood stove, down a flight of stairs to the lower level where you enter the lower great room that includes a spacious lounge area with another feature stone fireplace, recliners, a big TV, and direct access to the backyard fire pit and covered patio with great lighting, seating, and another stone fireplace and charcoal grill. To one side of this lower level great room is a secluded bedroom suite with a queen bed and en suite full bath. To the other side, a bunkroom, with two queen size beds, an overhead loft with two twin beds, and his and her baths with walk in showers. There is also a day bed to use for additional sleeping or sitting space. Each level has laundry facilities and access to the great outdoors via a patio or porch from each room. Visit in summer's peak season for exciting Eagle's Mere town and lake activities or enjoy Algonac year-round for vacations, holiday's, or special times with loved ones. Algonac is equipment with high-velocity air conditioning, ceiling fans, air exchange system, and radiant floor heat so that year-round you may comfortably enjoy the views of North Mountain, open meadows and wooded paths along the meandering outlet stream or off-property adventures at Eagle's Mere lake, Worlds End State Park, or any of the other treasures of the Endless Mountains region. A Fully Equipped Home Sheets, pillows, towels, limited firewood (10 logs per day allocated, more available for purchase), and general kitchen supplies are all provided for your convenience and enjoyment. All you need to bring are food & drink, consumables like paper towels, and personal products like toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, etc.. Relax & Enjoy All Year Round. A truly great room, spacious porches, and plentiful outdoor seating, including a rocking bench and hammock provides plenty of space for any social occasion. Create cozy gatherings at two indoor stone fireplaces, an outdoor stone fireplace, and a central outdoor fire pit with complement wood. The downstairs "man cave" is equipped with four recliners, a 55" TV , and satellite tv. The main great room is free from all modern distractions, except for a stereo, allowing guests to get away and enjoy each other's company. Wine & Dine. A modern, commercial-quality kitchen with stainless-steel appliances including a 6-burner gas stove with pot-filler tap, double gas oven, microwave, quiet dishwasher, over-sized refrigerator/freezer, marble counters and an island allow you and your guests to prepare gourmet meals for a crowd of any size and to any taste--from a formal meal in the dining room to beers and burgers on the outdoor grill. Guest access Guests have full access to the premises with the exception of a few labeled owner's and utility closets. Other things to note PETS Only certain dogs are welcome and must be approved - please include details about your pets in your request. There is a pet charge of $300 per pet per stay. Airbnb does not include this and will be billed separately or sent as a special offer. Dogs must not go on furniture or beds and must be crated if unattended. WEEKEND & HOLIDAY PRICING; ADJUSTMENTS; PRICING GENERALLY AirBNB's pricing may not match the actual pricing - actual pricing will be confirmed at the time of your reservation and we will let you know if there are any mistakes based on the rules below. If you book for a Saturday and Sunday night without the Friday night the Sunday night will be charged at the weekend rate. Each stay, unless it's a full off-season midweek stay, is always priced to include 2 weekend rate nights. Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.) will be billed at 3 weekend rate nights minimum instead of the usual 2. If Airbnb doesn't calculate the price correctly, we will send you an offer with the correct price. All summer rentals (July and August or part thereof) start are weekly rentals only. 6-day minimum (Friday to Friday; Friday to Thursday; or Saturday to Friday rentals only). No exceptions to this during July and August (peak season) TELECOM We try to keep a satellite tv connection and DSL internet connection, both the best available in the area, active at the house. However, due to the rural nature of the property, access can be unreliable. Additionally, cell network coverage is poor to moderate (we use Verizon and only get service outside, we have heard T-Mobile and AT&T may be better). There are exterior surveillance cameras and one indoors in the boiler room to monitor the property and utilities.
