Our rate is for 2 people and goes up $50 per person after two. On holidays there is a minimum depending on the holiday five day minimum July and August. The Mountain View’s from the chairs are amazing. Such a great place to relax. The bikes are on the porch and they are mountain bikes. You are in the middle of a sanctuary of rescued animals. Please feel free to engage with them. I always want my guests to have complete privacy. I will never intrude but I am always available to my guests. I would love to meet you but I would leave all contact up to you. We feed the mini horses, donkey, mule, alpacas and steers between 7and 8 in the morning and 4 to 5 in the afternoon. I would love to meet you and tell you their stories. This farm is a sanctuary for rescued animals. You are in the middle of a 165 acre farm. You will love the views from any spot you choose. The farm has 6 houses and they are all occupied by our children and grandchildren. There are several acres of ponderosa and juniper forest. None of the property is off limits to our guests. You are considered guests of the whole family. Come and explore. We just ask you respect the privacy of the homes on the farm. The bikes are a great way to see the farm. Paved paths and single track. There is a map of the property hanging in the laundry room. Call me if you need more details. There about 3 miles of single track and two miles on the roads on the farm. The home is set up for self checkin and I will send checkin information the week you arrive. There is a charcoal barbq available for your use. We do not maintain it or provide briquettes. We are environment friendly and leave many dishcloths and dish towels in a drawer. I do supply paper towels if you too want less in the landfill use the towels. Leave your recyclables in the laundry room. The animals like treats but remember they don’t know the difference between a carrot and a finger. I have rubber pans in the little shed by the mini’s to use for treats.
