Enjoy two a charcoal and gas propane grill, backyard fire pit and outdoor yard games while relaxing after a fun day at the beach. Enjoy this cute and cozy - cathedral style, open floor plan. Enjoy meal time gatherings on the deck grilling and making memories. Sit around the fire pit at night gazing up at the stars, or go for a moon lit stroll gazing over the bay. The beach decor is casual and inviting and great for a small family or friends getting together. Each room has a full size bed with comfy memory foam mattresses and protectors. We provide bed linens and pillows so you don't have to pack so much. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, bake ware, cookware, coffee pot, Airfryer, steamer, crock pot, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils ( we have children's utensils and dishware), grilling utensils, wine/cocktail glasses, ice bucket, cocktail mixer/shaker, holiday/seasonal theme dishware. Standard kitchen appliances: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, coffee, teas, bake ware, food processor, can opener, toaster oven, starter paper towels, starter supply of trash bags, dish soap and paper plates. We offer a gas grill and charcoal grill. The large deck has outdoor seating, table with shade umbrella, chiminea style fire pit, outdoor lounging chairs and water hose for rinsing. Beach items- We provide everything you need even sunblock! Beach cart, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sun shade, cooler, beach buckets/shovels, balls and sand toys. Beach parking lot gate key (1) and auto parking pass should you load up the car and drive down the street to the beach....convenient for families with children. Laundry & saving water: we have a septic, so we ask that you do not dispose of anything other than toilet paper and potty waste. Please adjust your laundry load to smaller amounts of water when laundering. Washer & dryer are in the kitchen for easy access. Living room- 2 sofa's, tv with streaming Apps and high speed internet, desk and chair for working remote. Dining Area- We have a high top table seats four and smaller table seats two. High chair for toddlers. Bedroom- 3 bedrooms with double beds(full), sheets, pillows/pillow cases, comforters, extra blankets in each bedroom closet, new mattresses with mattress protectors and shades on windows. Tv in one of the bedrooms for some down time. Bathroom-Large bathroom with pocket door between main bathroom (shower & toilet). The sink and dressing room can be used while main bathroom is occupied. Parking: The driveway accommodates 2 vehicles and side gravel area accommodates parking 1 vehicle Guest access This rental includes entire house, deck, yard and grills. We provide all linens, towels, pillows and blankets, coffee, sugar, spices, tv,'s wifi and beach items. Beach parking gate key and parking pass. Access to private beach just for our community and guests. You may walk, ride your bike, or drive to the beach. Other things to note Adults are responsible for child proofing house. Guest are responsible for the gate parking key and parking pass. Guest may use the fire pit (Chiminea). Guest may purchase wood at local stores. Guest may have bonfire at beach and are responsible for putting out fire and cleaning up beach area. Please notify host if you are bringing a dog (service dog, emotional support dog, a family pet dog.
