Each luxurious unit includes a complete state of the art appliance package. The resort is a gated community with a beautifully decorated 3,700 sq ft. Clubhouse, state of the art fitness center, sauna, game room, full service kitchen and large sparkling pool - The living room and 4 bedrooms have 3 TVs. - Master suite holds a king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has queen, the 3rd 2 twin sized beds, the 4th 2 twin size beds and living room has a sofa bed - Laundry rooms are equipped with washer, dryer - Fully-equipped kitchen for your cooking and dining needs. - High-speed internet access - The condo is on the 3rd floor with elevator and nice water view Guest access Before check-in date guest will receive the Gate/Door/Club Codes Other things to note 1. Check-in time is 4:00 pm (or later) and Check-out time is 10:00 am (or earlier). Upon check-in, Guest should take a look at the general condition of the items in the property. We provide a list of items inside the property. Guest should notify the Owner about any discrepancy within 24 hours of their Check-in. Guest's liability is not limited to the Security Deposit, but shall be equal to the actual cost of repairing any damages. Any damage that occurs to the property and any items must be reported by Guest prior to departure. Guest should take all their personal items with them upon Check-out from the property.Please lock automobiles park space in Cane Island.The Owner is not responsible for any damage or theft of your automobile or belongings inside.Owner is not responsible for any loss 2. The property is available in the base of booked days. Any additional stay without authorization will be evicted or Guest shall be charged a penalty that is 4 times of the regular applicable rent. 3. The rental charges are based on booking. In no case should guest bring any additional person for overnight stay.The Guest is not allowed to sub-lease. 4.This Agreement can be terminated by the Owner at its sole discretion if guest violate the rules and above clause and following conditions occur: Guest provides incorrect or untrue information about their identity or about the total number of persons that will be staying during their stay at the time of reservation enquiry or in any rental related communication with the Owner, disturb neighor by breaching condition of quiet enjoyment and makes alteration to the door lock or changes Access property without clear confirmation from Owner. 5.Guests are fully aware that they alone are responsible for their safetyinside the property. For any law and order situation or medical emergency or upon any safety concern, guests are advised to call Police at 911 instead of relying on Owner. The Guest indemnifies to hold Owner harmless for any or all grievances or damages caused by any third party. 6. The property is stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. there are certain items that you will have to provide for yourself. As a convenience, we supply kitchen paper, toilet paper and soap. This is a minimal supply and will only be enough to get you started until you have time to visit the grocery store. 7. Cane Island resident parking lot which is directly in front of build whereas guest parking lot is opposite of resident's. The car with parking tag could be on resident lot. one parking tag will be provided inside of the property.The cars without parking tag only could park on guest lot. Please keep parking tag well and put them back to the original place. $60 should be compensated if missing/damaging parking tag 8. The property has child strollers in the closet. Guest can use at their own risk, at no additional charge. Due to legal risks associated with providing childcare equipment, Owner recommends guests to bring along their own childcare equipment or rent from nearby rental shops. However, if Guest chooses to use any of provided childcare equipment, Owner shall have no direct or indirect liability associated with any injury/ accident due to any childcare equipment
