This 1800 square foot home has 3-4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths and is located on a private road. In the winter, the snowy back yard provides a natural sledding hill. The best around! Secluded spot is 12 minutes from the ski mountain, and under five minutes to Lake Sunapee and Perkins Pond. Under a moonlit sky, watch the stars from the deck. (Bring your telescope or zoom camera!) Kitchen is fully stocked. In addition to amenities listed, kitchen has small food processor, a French press and a crock pot. Deck has a Weber gas grill. Upper level has a queen- and twin-sized bed; lower level has a twin-sized bed, full-sized bunk beds and a queen-sized bed. The upper level bedroom with a twin has no door.
