Very quiet neighborhood. Features large pool with 20 x 10 Gazebo Area for shade near the barbecue and deck area and hot tub for your enjoyment. In addition to the everyday kitchen wares, we also have a Keurig and Nespresso machine. This is your perfect home base while exploring our beautiful slice of California! The space Very spacious/ open floor plan. It's a great space with a lot of different areas to relax in or work, while others may be watching TV or talking in the kitchen. 2 Gazebo's for shade in the backyard pool area. Hot tub for your enjoyment. Hammocks for relaxing. Barbeque and outdoor furniture including ice chest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There is a two car garage that will only house 1 car. We have a dividing wall in the garage to act as storage space, please be respectful of this space and do not enter. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood with several families. Please drive slow around the area and watch for kids! New City of Redding Ordinance for Airbnb stipulates that no vehicles or boat / trailer may park on the street. Parking only in the driveway and garage. Very Strict. Any street parking will cause me to lose my license. Please abide by the parking rule. Thank you.
