Originally designed by renowned architect Charles Goodman, this 2-bedroom/1-bathroom home was meticulously restored by Cook Architecture. The result is a comfortable balance of contemporary functionality and original design elements that pays homage to the home's significant history. The space Nestled amidst mature trees, manicured gardens, and singing birds, the property offers unparalleled privacy, with a fully fenced-in yard that boasts a fire pit, perfect for cozy evenings. Inside, the galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with brand new Poggenpohl cabinets, sleek quartz countertops, elegant walnut shelving, Bosch appliances, and comfortable seating for two at the bar. The living room features an eye-catching stone floor and large TV. The bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and beautiful cork flooring. The modern bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. Come experience mid-century modern for yourself! Guest access Guests have full access to the house, including the backyard with two stone patios and firepit. The property includes a separate studio structure in the backyard, although it is currently unavailable for guest use. We hope to open it up again in the future. Other things to note Please note that the maximum occupancy for this property is five people. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, ideal for four people. Parties larger than four can utilize the sofa and the available queen size air mattress.
