Also a twin and full bed in upstairs hall. Two toddler beds, two packin-plays and one crib. The space The yard is huge with a fire-pit, swing. You’ll need prior approval for any ATV brought on the property ! I no longer rent ATV’s. Guest access we have 220 acres of land for hiking and a 3/4 acre pond for swimming with paddle boat. There's a sandy beach on one end of the pond with a dock, awning and plenty of beach toys. Bring your fishing pole. Other things to note Please note You must be 28 years of age to rent this property !
