The home was renovated in 2021 to add another bathroom for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with 2 of the bedrooms with full baths en-suite. There are new hardwood floors and fresh paint throughout including kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The master bathroom is spa like with a double steam shower and double size whirlpool tub. There are also 2 washers and 2 dryers to get your laundry done faster. The views out of the living room and off the deck are wonderful, and this property offers an up close experience with wildlife a few feet from the deck as the space between houses is a favorite path for deer, wild turkey and quail. The inside is also stunning with a newly remodeled look throughout the house. All houses are non-smoking indoors. This is an amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.
