Our Minor Use permit strictly prohibits parking on the street at the house, so please park your car/ cars in the driveway without exception. Pets are considered if well behaved, not allowed on the furniture or left alone to bark. There is a non-refundable $125.00 Pet fee. This fee covers the cost to replace the carpet as every 3rd pet or so has leaked. We have the carpets professionally cleaned but the damage has been done. Please understand we have no way of knowing ahead of time which pets will leak and which pets won't.
