The dining area offers seating for six, giving everyone a chance to gather around the table and enjoy a nice meal. The fully equipped kitchen has a simple and efficient design with modern appliances making it easy for guests to feel right at home. The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day. The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee- Low Season Fee (Jan 1 – Mar 1): $45/day or $255/week | High Season Fee (Mar 1 – Oct 31): $55/day or $315/week. Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking. Guest access All Seabrook Island has to offer can be enjoyed with this rental. The Lake House allows free access to the outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground. For a small fee guests can use the indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes and library. Seabrook offers guests access to two championship golf courses, the Racquet Club, the Equestrian Center, ocean front pool complex, and all dining options within the island. To access these facilities, an amenity card must be purchased at the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Fees apply based on the activities. Other things to note All linens and bath towels are included. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking in the driveway. Beach towels are not provided, so make sure to bring some along.
