A fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook, gather, and entertain in style, while the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for extended stays. The primary suite features a luxurious king bed and a beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom, creating a serene retreat after a day in the mountains. The second bedroom offers two queen-size beds—ideal for families or groups—and is paired with a freshly updated bathroom designed for comfort and convenience. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.   Guests of Resort Plaza enjoy access to complimentary Wi-Fi, elevator service, underground parking, and a year-round community pool and hot tub. A nearby off-site fitness facility is also available. The property is situated along Park City’s free transit line and within walking distance of downtown’s vibrant restaurants, boutiques, and après-ski hotspots.   This Park City vacation rental includes Roku streaming service for entertainment—guests are welcome to log in with their own accounts. Please note that traditional cable channels are not provided. A Few Helpful Notes for Your Stay: ~ Direct to Condo check-in. Just complete a quick pre-arrival form to receive your personalized door code. ~ Daily housekeeping is not included, but optional services are available with advance notice—please contact our Guest Services team at least two weeks before arrival for pricing and setting up housekeeping appointment. ~ Parking is included in the underground garage (Lowell Building), with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated, and alternate parking is not provided. You'll find your parking pass on the kitchen counter upon arrival. ~ For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted in this rental. The desk is closed from April 15-Dec. 5 (dates may vary). Guests checking in after hours/off-season, will check in via the exterior lock box located next to the Marsac Mill glass entry doors. Please advise if you will need the lock box code or additional check-in instructions (at least 5 days prior to your arrival date). Other things to note Minimum check in age is 21 Resort Plaza guests have access to the year round swimming pool and hot tub nearby.
