"Enoch” is a 3- bedroom, 2- bathroom family home that has been cared for and loved by multiple generations! This treasured home is tastefully updated in a way that highlights the historic charm of this property while blending modern conveniences. There is so much to love about this home – come experience the charm for yourself! The main living area has a perfect way of blending a charming old-fashioned style with tasteful touches that add modern comfort. The living room sports original hardwood floors and ceilings and has been furnished with modern furniture to offer the highest level of comfort. Striking blue hues that accent the wooden walls and ceilings add a warmth that will make you feel right at home. A round dining table is positioned by the sliding glass door and overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. The galley kitchen is stocked with all the necessary kitchen essentials to assist with your meal prep! There is a hall bathroom that is complete with a dual vanity that serves the nearby guest bedroom on the main level. The primary bedroom is furnished with a double bed and complemented by antique nautical décor. At the top of the stairs, you are greeted by a full bathroom that features a lovely walk-in shower. There is a guest bedroom that offers a double bed and a twin bed. This darling room offers a sitting area, vaulted ceilings and has ample natural light. Across the hall is the third guest bedroom. This room offers two double beds and a twin bed. Sweet coastal touches capture the quaint beach house feel that is sure to capture your heart. Spend warm summer evenings on the private pier soaking in the dazzling sunsets. There is truly not a better vantage point on the island to experience the marine life and boaters. Young children will enjoy playing in the gentle sound waters by the shore and adults and teens will appreciate the swimming platform that is accessed from the pier. Launch kayaks or paddle boards and head out on an adventure that you will remember for years to come! This amazing cottage has been lovingly maintained through the generations and now warmly welcomes you and your family to experience the magic that has captured so many hearts. Occupancy: 10 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday, Minimum of 2-night stay other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 4 Full, 2 Twin. Parking: Parking allows two cars, one parking spot beside the home, one additional parking spot across the street with parking pass. Garage is not included with the rental. Pet Policy: No pets or dogs allowed. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Gas and Charcoal Grills, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Featured Amenities: Keyless Entry, Dock, Waterfront Gazebo, Sound Front, Duplex. Property Disclosure: This is a family friendly unit in a residential area. There is a year-round tenant in the lower unit. The pier is not boat friendly but can be used for outdoor dining or for swimming access. Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security camera located on the dock facing the swim platform and waterway. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). Established in 1952, we’re a locally licensed North Carolina team proudly trusted by property owners to manage this rental home. • Who We Rent To Our homes are rented to responsible adults 25 and older, as well as family groups. The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive. The travel insurance cost and option will be on your emailed rental agreement. • Cancellation Policy o Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. o Cancel 31+ days before arrival: full refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel within 15 days of arrival: no refund. If we’re able to re rent the property, an additional refund may apply (excluding non refundable fees and travel insurance). • What We Provide (and What to Pack!) We’ve got your bed linens and bath towels covered. However, we don’t supply toiletries, soaps, paper products, trash bags, or similar items— aside from a few starter essentials. Please plan to bring anything you’ll need beyond that. • Check-In Details For this home, you will need to stop by our office to pick up keys or any additional items you’ll need for your stay.
