Other things to note Extra rollaway beds are available if needed but space is limited. Boat slips and boat rentals are available. We can accommodate additional guests over the age of 9 for an additional $10 per night. Pets are an additional $30 per night. Please do not allow your pets on the beds or on the furniture. The accommodation does not include paper towels or kleenex or BBQ. Smoking Policy All rooms are designated as non-smoking. The guest agrees rooms that smell of smoke shall be assessed a cleaning fee of $250.00 and shall be automatically billed to the guest’s credit card.
